Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time starts at 3:00 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability, and extra charges apply.
- Check-out time is strictly 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability, and extra charges apply.
- Keys must be deposited at reception when leaving the room. Lost keys will be charged.
- No visitors are allowed in rooms. Guests can only meet visitors in the lounge.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. A fine of 10,000 rupees will be imposed immediately if a guest is caught smoking in the room. The room may be evacuated without a refund if a guest is found smoking or tampering with fire equipment.
- Excessive noise or disturbances, including loud music, arguments, or inappropriate noise from private activities, will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Cleaning will be done only upon request during the stay, and charges will apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation within 72 hours.
- After 72 hours, a cancellation fee applies.
Payments & Charges
- Full payment for the stay must be made upon arrival.
- Card payments are subject to an administration fee.
- Any soiled or stained towels or sheets will be charged.
- The room or apartment will be checked at departure, and any misconduct will result in additional charges.
Parking & Liability
- Parking is available but subject to availability.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles in the parking area. CCTV cameras are installed.
- The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests must keep valuables with them at all times.
